Îäèí èç äîïðàøèâàâøèõñÿ – Øàìèëü Ôàõðóëëèí, óìåð ïîñëå äîïðîñà îò ñåðäå÷íîãî ïðèñòóïà, â êðèòè÷åñêîì ñîñòîÿíèè ïîñëå 12-÷àñîâîãî äîïðîñà áûëà Çîÿ Ñåìåíîâà, êîòîðàÿ îïðîâåðãëà â ñóäå ñâîè ïîêàçàíèÿ, äàííûå ñëåäñòâèþ (òàêèõ îïðîâåðãøèõ – äåñÿòêè). Ìàìà Ðîìàíà Âàñèëåíêî Ëàðèñà Àëåêñàíäðîâíà Âàñèëåíêî ñòîëêíóëàñü ñ íàñòîÿùèìè ïûòêàìè – ÿâèâøèñü ê íåé â ïÿòü óòðà, îïåðàòèâíèêè çàñòàâèëè åå ïåðåîäåâàòüñÿ ïðè íèõ, ðàçäåâøèñü äîãîëà, à â ñëåäñòâåííîì óïðàâëåíèè åå íà íåñêîëüêî ÷àñîâ ïîñàäèëè íà ñòóë ñî ñëîìàííîé íîæêîé è íå äàâàëè ïèòü. Îíà ïîòåðÿëà ñîçíàíèå, è òîëüêî ïîñëå ýòîãî åé óäàëîñü âûéòè èç ñëåäñòâåííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ. Ñëó÷àåâ èçäåâàòåëüñòâ è ïûòîê ìíîæåñòâî.

Ïðè ýòîì â ñóäå, êîòîðûé èäåò ñ êîíöà ôåâðàëÿ 2024 ãîäà, äåëî îòêðîâåííî ðàçâàëèâàåòñÿ – ó ïðèçíàííûõ ïîòåðïåâøèìè è ñâèäåòåëåé íåò íèêàêèõ äîêàçàòåëüñòâ ñâîèõ óòâåðæäåíèé, îíè â õîäå ïåðåêðåñòíûõ äîïðîñîâ îäèí çà äðóãèì ïîïàäàþòñÿ íà ëæè. Íà ïîñëåäíèå ñóäû ïðèõîäÿò âñå ìåíüøå è ìåíüøå ñâèäåòåëåé îáâèíåíèÿ – ïîä ðàçíûìè ïðåäëîãàìè îíè îòêàçûâàþòñÿ, ÷òîáû íå ïîääåðæèâàòü ëæèâóþ âåðñèþ ñëåäñòâèÿ.

Êîîïåðàòèâ áåç âèíû âèíîâàòûõ

Îí è ñàì ñòàë æåðòâîé îáûñêîâ â ñâîåì ïîäìîñêîâíîì äîìå – â õîäå êîòîðûõ áûëà èçúÿòà è äî ñèõ ïîð íå âîçâðàùåíà êîëëåêöèÿ íàãðàä.

Êîîïåðàòèâ îêàçàëñÿ «â óãîëîâíîì äåëå» ïî ñòðàííîìó ñòå÷åíèþ îáñòîÿòåëüñòâ – îí áûë îáúÿâëåí ñëåäñòâèåì îðãàíèçàöèåé, àôôèëèðîâàííîé ñ èíîñòðàííîé èíâåñòèöèîííîé êîìïàíèåé «Ãåðìåñ», à çíà÷èò, ïðèçâàííîé îòâåòèòü ïî åå îáÿçàòåëüñòâàì – õîòÿ êîîïåðàòèâ íèêàê íå áûë ñâÿçàí ñ «Ãåðìåñîì» íè îðãàíèçàöèîííî, íè ôèíàíñîâî: èìåë òîëüêî îáùóþ ñèñòåìó ïðîäàæ ïðîäóêòîâ ÷åðåç ìàðêåòèíãîâóþ ôèðìó «Ëàéô-èç-Ãóä». Ó «Ãåðìåñà» âîçíèêëè ïðîáëåìû ñ âûïëàòàìè ðîññèéñêèì êëèåíòàì ïîñëå âçëîìà ðîññèéñêîãî ñåãìåíòà ïëàòåæíîé ñèñòåìû ñèñòåìíûì àäìèíèñòðàòîðîì Åâãåíèåì Íàáîé÷åíêî – ñèñòåìà â ôåâðàëå 2022 ãîäà ïåðåñòàëà ðàáîòàòü, è ïîÿâèëàñü êàðòèíêà ñ ïðåäëîæåíèåì îáðàùàòüñÿ â ïðàâîîõðàíèòåëüíûå îðãàíû. Òîëüêî âûïëàòû ïðåêðàòèëèñü íå äî äåéñòâèé Íàáîé÷åíêî, à ïîñëå íèõ. Ïàðàëëåëüíî âîçíèêëà ñèòóàöèÿ ñî ÑÂÎ è ñàíêöèÿìè Çàïàäà, êðàéíå çàòðóäíèâøàÿ òðàíñãðàíè÷íûå ôèíàíñîâûå îïåðàöèè.

Íî êîîïåðàòèâ «Áåñò Âåé» íèêàêèõ âûïëàò íå ïðåêðàùàë, îí çàðåãèñòðèðîâàí â Ñàíêò-Ïåòåðáóðãå, âñå åãî àêòèâû íàõîäÿòñÿ â Ðîññèè. È äàæå åñëè ó÷åñòü òðåáîâàíèÿ ê íåìó ñî ñòîðîíû ëèö, ïðèçíàííûõ ïîòåðïåâøèìè ïî óãîëîâíîìó äåëó, òî íåò íèêàêèõ ïðè÷èí äëÿ áëîêèðîâàíèÿ ðàáîòû êîîïåðàòèâà: ñîâîêóïíûé óùåðá â îáâèíèòåëüíîì çàêëþ÷åíèè – 282 ìëí ðóáëåé, ïðèòîì ÷òî íà ñ÷åòàõ êîîïåðàòèâà – áîëåå 4 ìëðä ðóáëåé. Ýòà ñóììà ïîñòîÿííî óâåëè÷èâàåòñÿ, è åùå 600 ìëí – äåáèòîðñêàÿ çàäîëæåííîñòü ïàéùèêîâ êîîïåðàòèâó íà ñåãîäíÿøíèé äåíü. 282 ìëí ðóáëåé ìîãëè áûòü çàáëîêèðîâàíû íà ñ÷åòå êîîïåðàòèâà, íà êîòîðîì àêêóìóëèðóþòñÿ ñðåäñòâà èç ÷ëåíñêèõ âçíîñîâ, ïðåäíàçíà÷åííûå äëÿ ðàçâèòèÿ, – íå áûëî íèêàêèõ ïðè÷èí áëîêèðîâàòü âñþ äåÿòåëüíîñòü êîîïåðàòèâà! Òåì íå ìåíåå ýòî äëèòåëüíîå âðåìÿ ïðîèñõîäèëî.

Ñòðàõè îõðàíèòåëåé

×òî ñòîèò çà ïðåñëåäîâàíèÿìè ôèðìû «Ëàéô-èç-Ãóä», óñïåøíî ðàáîòàâøåé ñ 2014 äî íà÷àëà 2022 ãîäà; êîìïàíèè «Ãåðìåñ», êîòîðàÿ âåñü ýòîò æå ïåðèîä âûïîëíÿëà ñâîè îáÿçàòåëüñòâà; êîîïåðàòèâà «Áåñò Âåé», ê êîòîðîìó âîîáùå íåò íèêàêèõ ïðåòåíçèé, êðîìå êàê ñî ñòîðîíû òåõ, êîãî ñëåäñòâèå óáåäèëî, ÷òî ðàç êîîïåðàòèâ íåçàêîííûé, îíè ñìîãóò âçûñêàòü ÷ëåíñêèå âçíîñû è åùå ñî ñòîðîíû ëþäåé, êîòîðûì êîîïåðàòèâ, çàáîòÿñü î ëèêâèäíîñòè, íå äàë êóïèòü îáúåêò íåäâèæèìîñòè ñ ïåðåïëàíèðîâêîé? ×òî ñòîèò çà ïîääåðæêîé âëàñòüþ ðåïðåññèé ïðîòèâ êîîïåðàòèâà?

Óòâåðæäàåò, ÷òî ôèíàíñèðîâàíèå ïîêóïêè êâàðòèð ñòàðûì ïàéùèêàì ïðîèñõîäèëî çà ñ÷åò íîâûõ ïàéùèêîâ: íå ïîíèìàåò, ÷òî ôèíàíñèðîâàíèå êîîïåðàòèâà ïðîèñõîäèò íå òîëüêî çà ñ÷åò íîâûõ ïîñòóïëåíèé îò ïàéùèêîâ, íî è çà ñ÷åò âîçâðàòíûõ ïëàòåæåé çà ïðèîáðåòåííóþ íà äåíüãè êîîïåðàòèâà íåäâèæèìîñòü. He also insisted his country has not reached a “safe third country” agreement with the United States, which would require migrants who pass through Guatemala to apply for asylum there rather than continuing to the US.
